Those Who Weep

Part memoir and part recovery guide, Those Who Weep chronicles the healing process following child abuse, domestic violence, assault, and trauma. Through personal insight and life experience, Jennifer Greenberg applies redemptive Biblical theology to the pain of the abuse survivor.

“My lyre is turned to mourning,
and my pipe to the voice of those who weep.
Job 30:31

By examining accounts of abuse, depression, and anxiety throughout Scripture – including Joseph, Jonathan, Job, and Jesus – Jennifer presents a compelling and comprehensive message to survivors that ours is the God of the brokenhearted.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
Matthew 5:4

  1. Love the site, even the colored sparkles in your hair- can twinkle lights be far away? Looking forward to your next album.

  2. You have a lovely voice and you’re a smart lady Jennifer. You are also unusually orthodox and conservative for an artsy type which I find VERY refreshing. (or so it seems anyway 🙂 )
